Please go and look at the mailing list archives. There is a good reason not to do what they do with DOSEMU (right now--or even ever, so far as the current state of plex86 is concerned). Also, if it is talking to your real video card then it isn't likely that it is running in an X-Window. We talked about why that is true also, IIRC.
