There were some complications during the upload process, and the src.rpm
had to be manually copied. Something went wrong, obviously :(

The ATI rpms in PLF are:
dkms-ati (ati kernel module)
ati-xorg (ati x.org drivers)
ati-xorg-32bit-compat (x86_64 only, 32bit compatibility libraries)

Dependencies should be ok.

BTW, did you run into this by urpmi --auto-select and it updated
dkms-ati package, but removed the others?
If that is so, we should probably add ati-xorg to the requires to the
dkms-ati package.
