For 32-bit OpenGL applications on x86_64. The package also requires

It does.
However, in order to allow to upgrade from ati to ati-xorg, we also need
to Obsolete ati. I'm also adding the requires ati-xorg to dkms-ati.

I see it both on cooker-x86_64 and 2006.0-x86_64.
