Hello,

I am not sure whether they should count as showstoppers, but I found a
few issues on
the bare Windows platform that I want to communicate:

- When I built the FORTRAN 77 bindings with CVF and shared libraries
(DLLs) on,
I get a lot of unresolved externals. (And so the build ends there)
- When I exclude FORTRAN 77, things look much brighter, but example x28f
for Fortran 95
  gives an error on plmtex3.

I suspect that the routines are not properly exported (necessary on bare
Windows), so I will
look into that.

Regards,

Arjen
