Hi Werner:

I am interested in or working directly on a lot of the recently introduced
code. Thus, I would like to see this work released in a timely manner so
our users have access to it. On the other hand, additional time will be
required for further development of the new code (e.g., modern font handling
for the qt device, finishing the leap seconds work for libqsastime, and
documentation of that new library) and some additional time required for
rigourous testing. So I am comfortable with a release date say two months
from now and willing to live with one three months from now, but I would
prefer we release no later than three months from now. Would two months
until the release give you enough time for what you want to do with
wxwidgets (and qt) or do you think you will require three months?
