I still have more work on leap seconds and corresponding extensions to
example 29 to complete before the release, but it should all be pretty
straightforward so it shouldn't take me too much longer.  That's all I have
planned before this release, and as far as I know, nobody else has anything
release critical in the works.  Therefore, I am still comfortable with a
beginning of May release.

Hazen, if the weekend of May 2nd is convenient for you, please go ahead
and confirm that weekend for the release.
