Java and Lua propagation of plstring (but not pllegend) to bindings and examples DONE as of revision 11313. Andrew, would you be willing to finish propagation of pllegend for Python? Werner, would you be willing to do the same for Lua? I cannot finish those because I don't know how to handle swig conversion of const char** arguments in either language. My next step is to make a standard example 33 (first in the Python language but then to be propagated to all other languages) that will exercise many different pllegend capabilities.
