Under Windows it's the same thing: anchor_color=blue in the plucker.ini file.
Thanks very much for that, I would otherwise probably never have found it.

I have looked through the viewer, but I wasn't able to find an option in there. It was 
actually the first place I looked, since the option to have links with dotted lines 
(instead of solid) is also there.
