Ah right, I forget about that, but it still requires me to modify
~/.pluckerrc to make that work, so I can't easily change it for a one-time
action or a single pluck. It's a minor issue, but everything available as an
option in the ~/.pluckerrc file should be available as a runtime option in
the distiller argument tree.
