Odd, I see the report in the bugtracker, #316 from here. I wonder if
apache hiccuped there.. I've just cleanly removed all the spool files and
work files for mod_gzip and apache, and restarted. See if the problem
continues.
Incidentally, I had no problem submitting bug reports into the other
projects during the same timeframe.
