If that is ready, then one might be able to compile the viewer for CE. That said, the desktop viewer doesn't have anywhere near the functionality that the Palm viewer does, and one should not mistakenly think of them as being the same. The desktop viewer basically just unpacks the pdb file back to html pages and renders them.
