        I was just going through exploding some old Plucker databases I have
here using the explode tool, and noticed a small bug, which I just fixed and
committed. This bug would prevent the python plucker-build from being able
to reassemble unplucked content again. In explode.c, there were a few lines
that ended HTML comments with "--!>" which isn't valid. These comments in
the unplucked HTML would also prevent a browser from properly rendering the
content. After replacing them with "-->" as per the HTML spec, now the
unplucked content is viewable in a browser, and can properly be replucked by
the current Python tools.

        I found a few more weird issues in the configuration scripts, which
I'll plod through also (why do we check for Netscape?). One small fix at a
time... =)
