Alex:

    Rotation is _very_ computationally expensive. If you don't rotate only
the visible portions of the bitmap(s), drawing is far to slow when
dragging the image. That's why I check for at least a 33Mhz DragonBallVZ
(fastEnough). Even with the 'visible part' limit, it's still way too slow
on 'less powerful' systems.
