I prefer the _concept_ of multiple sets of annotations which would be sharable among PDAs, but I'd like to see some form of annotations in Plucker so I'll take it any way I can get it. I think it should be made a bit more generic than POPUP_TEXT though--a la Jim's suggestion for 'modification method'.
