You were spot-on; the problem was in Missing Sync. Thank you for the pointer. I'm having some issues with Plucker Desktop (it's hanging with the default pluck settings for "Clinical Exam") but I will probably swap to Jpluckx/Sunshine shortly. Again, thanks for your insight.
