Hrm, so it has. I'll remove it from my db.

Indeed, this one is down, citing costs.

From their site page at http://www.chopstix.co.uk/help/index.html:

        1. It appears we're not able to obtain free recipes since the site
           re-design. Is that correct?

Not quite. Chopstix is now an e-zine. You'll find one free recipe
in the advertising-supported e-zine every two weeks and several
in the paid edition, which will also be distributed every two
           weeks.

I can't make them public until content providers tell me it's ok to
publish them. It's a slow process, and takes time, gentle prodding, and
convincing them that we're here to help, not hurt their content and
readership.
