Aileron from Corsoft.net does, but it's a subcription service ($30/year) and it does not accept attachments that exceed 64 K (automatically compressed with Zlib on their servers - so the real size of the attachment can be greater).
Although it's IMHO the best mail client for Palm devices that I've tested so far (and I really think I've tested all). It is fully integrated with the native PalmOS mail db, so unlike all its competitors it works perfectly with our beloved offline html reader!!! - and, unlike Multimail, it is often updated to be compatible with the latest OSes and is extremely stable. (of course I don't have any financial interest with Corsoft, just want to make this good piece of software known because I searched for it for a so loooong time!)
