I've seen this problem before with another user. I want to try to fix
this, but the biggest problem is testing. I don't have a device like
this, and it's impossible to setup a sprintboard module into the palm
emulator (to my knowledge)

My understanding is that its an all-or-nothing deal. It should be
realistic to assume that this is fixable. Ofcourse, the biggest
problem is replicating it in a test environment. Short of you sending
me your palm,.. it'll be very difficult to fix..
