I have been "tolerant" for a very long time. I have asked users to follow common conventions more than once the last few months, but it hasn't helped much. Lately, when we started to get too many messages that only contain a one-line response at the top and over 100 lines of quoted text I thought it was time to do something drastic or it would not be long before I would just stop reading any message sent to plucker-list...
