I don't think JPluck is GPL'd, although I do see that the sf.net
project for JPluck has GPL as the selected license.
With Sourceforge being a proprietary codebase itself, supporting
other proprietary projects, just because a project is on Sourceforge does
not guarantee that it is free, Free Software, or GPL.
I also noticed that there is no COPYING or LICENSE file in the core
JPluck distribution as well, and only one mention of an (L)GPL component in
the lib directory (lib/kunststoff.license).
My curiosity is piqued though. Laurens? Which is it?
d.
p.s. There are more non-GPL components that work with Plucker currently,
than there are GPL components, from third-party developers. Each may choose
their own license, as long as the bits which actually touch the Plucker
codebase itself remain free.
