What IP are you coming in from? I do see that the IP you're at right
now (208.59.90.94) is not in the firewall rules blocking spammers, but that
cache-1.atw.pa.webcache.rcn.net (208.59.249.8) is. Are you going through
them as a proxy?
If you can't get to port 80 on those boxes, likely there's an
upstream problem preventing you from reaching it. Have you talked to your
provider? Perhaps they broke something in their DNS that is causing this.
