Please do.  Otherwise, they may never get the attention they need.  I
suspect most of the developers take the things in the bug tracker as a sort
of TODO list (developers, is that wrong?).

I think a couple of tricks are possible, but IIRC plucker's scroll bar seems
to complicate matters quite a lot.  The other programs I've seen have a
single large continuous page have either fudged or disabled the scroll bar. 
In your bug report, it might be worth mentioning any strategy used by
another program to overcome that problem.

Anyway, I think it doesn't matter about understanding possible solutions --
if it's annoying, you can explain it clearly and you can convince people
that it *should* be fixed (not just that you want it fixed), then it's
probably a bug.  Whether it can be fixed without breaking something else is
another question, sadly...

Thanks for helping!  It really does mean a lot to me, every developer that
helps improve applications that I use and every user who helps by testing
and filing good bug reports and suggestions.  Together, we can improve.
