lines in message header? I filter messages on this and it just works... Just my 2 cents...

Having Plucker there helps, but it would be better to have [plkr] - as is has been common netiquette for near a decade (RFC 1855).
Where does it say that you should include such a thing in the subject line? It does say that "subject lines should follow the conventions of the group." However, there are many other "rules" in that rfc that I (for a very long time) have asked users on this mailing list to follow, but some seem completely incapable of doing so...
