Thanks to the generosity of Matthew C. Mead, we now have another
Plucker mirror for the latest releases. I've deployed several methods to
populate the mirrors at release time and worked with Matthew briefly to
test one of them, so the mirrors should remain current with the latest
releases (older releases of course, are always found on the main Plucker
server). BitTorrent still remains the most popular means of distributing
Plucker, by far, but we're still pushing about 5-7gb/day of downloads.
I also updated the download page a bit to reflect the various
methods of grabbing the Plucker downloads and releases. I may be adding a
public rsync path very soon, so others can download them using that method
if they choose.

word (and bandwidth) around!
