I track and graph all of the Plucker stats hourly, but the logs
already rolled for February, so they won't look too fabulous today... but
it looks like 2gb of Plucker Desktop so far today (2,312,638,962 bytes),
and a few dozen downloads from other Plucker downloads, not including
torrents and the mirror sites.
We're busy, that's for certain =)
The trend seems to be leaning more towards lots of downloads
coming from inside "companies", based on the hosts resolved in the logs,
versus the standard 'ppp123.adsl89.pacific.net.au' and other "home" users.
I also handle two other high-traffic sites as well on the same
pipe: pilot-link and J-Pilot. Both of those combined are probably 1/2gb to
1gb per day or more. On the weeks where there is a significant release of
Plucker or the other projects, we peak 8-10gb/day or more. Whoosh!
I'm glad people enjoy it all, and continue to use them.
d.
