There was an older version of pinstall that I think was from a totally 
different source that would put the prc/pdb's int othe install dir w/o 
question.  If you're interested, I'll try to find an old copy of it.  
Not sure about it's function in today's hotsync.exe.

pdb files can be installed with the install tool, just
like a new application.  For instance, depending on your
directory setup
	C:\palm\instapp.exe .\newpluck.pdb

will offer to install newpluck.pdb.  If you don't cancel,
it will be installed at the next hotsync.
