Wesley is correct.  The idea with pinstall is that you
queue up whatever files you want to sync and then
press the hotsync button.  pinstall will shut down the
normal hotsync program, transfer just the files in its
queue, and then restart hotsync.  It makes for a very
quick sync but it is a separate step.
