You'll have to provide a lot more info first. What version of the viewer? Does it happen when you go direct to a document when starting the viewer or when you go to the library? Do you use fonts located on the card? What device and what kind of card?

When I go to the library. Not sure about direct to a document as all my documents are on the card, so I would expect activity.
I don't use any external fonts, at least deliberately, can this be turned off in some way?
My device is a Sony Clie SJ30 OS 4.1, with a Sony MS 128 Meg.
Anything else?
