Hi,
I noticed there was some useful information in the "log", which indicates that
parsing is failing, due to an exit status of 256 (?) being returned by the commands
used to parse the images. I have pasted the informatio below:
Processing http://conquest.palmside.com/miskinix/logo2.jpg...
Retrieved ok.
Error: Runtime error parsing document http://conquest.palmside.com/miskinix/log
o2.jpg: call to '( pnmscale -width 150 -height 112 |ppmquant -quiet -map palmco
lor8.map |pnmtopalm -depth 8 -quiet > [EMAIL PROTECTED] ) 2>/dev/null' returned stat
us 256
Parsing failed.
I also found a file "compileall.py" in /usr/lib/python2.2 and copied it to /usr/lib,
de-installed, and re-installed plucker, and I saw a bunch of things being
compiled this time. (Previosuly I saw an error about failing to find the
compileall.py file).
I know nothing about python, and hope someone out there knows what I might be able to do to allow images to be properly parsed. I like Redhat 9, and at this time, upgrading is not a valid solution :).
The programs pnmscale, ppmquant, and pnmtopalm are on my system.
Many thanks for any info,
John Miskinis
