You may want to continue plugging on plucker, but what I use(currently
anyway) is jpluck on FC2 for generating my .pdb's, and then the plucker
.prc from the plucker distribution.  Seems to work mostly well.  jpluck
is in java.

(Don't get me wrong - I -love- python, but...)
