Sign your name there and in the comments mention your complaint about
download limits which defeat the purpose/advantage of broadband
anyway... and tell all your friends to do the same as well...

Im sure BSNL and other providers will hear the message and one day
provide unlimited downloads even though they may reduce speed. Yes,
India's bandwidth prices are ridiculously high but I am happy (for
now) with the Home 1800 and 3300 plans (assuming they work as
advertised 8-P)... its a start...
