I'm sure someone must've raised this earlier, and I'm sure I'm going to get some angry and impatient responses too, but anyway: Why doesn't plug put up a FAQ on the plug site? I know that answers to many questions are in the mailing list archives; also there are several members here who have their own personal websites with lots of very valuable information. But for a newbie, this information seems to be too hard to find. So, why not create a FAQ, which puts all this information together along with pointers to other resources, right on the plug website? For example, the question of winmodems: I've seen this question asked and answered here innumerable times. Sure, all the answers are there on the mailing list archives, and all the pros/amatuers out there will go through these archives before asking on the list. But atleast for these very very common and frequent questions, a FAQ is so much more convenient for the newbies. (I was going to suggest wiki... I think some people were discussing this some time before too... but I cant remember) Just my 2 cents.
