No, that's University Ingres. The Ingres that's being vended nowadays by
Computer Associates as part of their CA-Jasmine suite bears little
resemblance to University Ingres (from which Postgres is descended).

Informix Universal Server 9.X is also based on University Ingres (much
rewriting done, though), so is their unlamented Illustra product. But the
Informix Foundation.2000 product, which integrates IUS and IDS, no longer
bears any resemblance to Ingres, although Michael Stonebraker is the CTO
(?) of Informix.
