Argh. Read the web page more comprehensively.

It's NOT an MS SQL client. It's a MySQL client.

There's a difference between MS SQL and MySQL. MS SQL is a Sybase-derived
enterprise database from Microsoft. MySQL is just an indexed table engine
which understands SQL. It's not an SQL engine in the sense that it doesn't
pass ACID.

The MyODBC packages are ODBC clients for MySQL.
