i have a linux box in the local network with an ip address 192.168.1.2.
my server has an local ip address of 192.168.1.1 and an external of
10.0.0.1.

i want that whenever a person from the external network refers to
10.0.0.1:9999 he is redirected to 192.168.1.2:8830. the only thing that i
will allow is http packets with its corresponsing ack and nack packets.

thanks
