ipmasqadm portfw -a -P udp -L 10.0.0.1 9999 -R 192.168.1.2 8830
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 10.0.0.1 9999 -R 192.168.1.2 8830
since you will use it for http, be sure that 192.168.1.2 is listening on
8830.
