No. But I suggest you do as I did: leave the case open and point a couple
of muffin fans at the processor (you can get these 60mm X 60mm 30CFM
muffin fans at Alexan for PhP 100). I glued the muffin fans (with a glue
gun) to the case, with both of them blowing air over the CPU heat sink.
That's in addition to the 40mm X 40mm 10CFM fan on top of the heat sink.

This works for me unless the ambient temperature hits 30 degrees Celsius.
Then, no amount of fans will help you. (remember Mech2: "shutting down" --
I get blue screens or spontaneous reboots when the CPU heat sink temp hits
45 degrees Celsius.)

However, I'm thinking of ditching my C400 when the Celeron2 comes out.
Since the '2 has a flip-chip package, it's much easier to cool, and since
it runs at 1.5V, it inherently produces less heat. I've spent almost PhP
2,000 on cooling crap for my C400, and I still can't hit 600MHz reliably
with it.
