There's a wealth of online materials on Tcl. You can start searching at 
at Brian's site and follow the links. Or you can try www.scriptics.com.
You'll probably want to look first at the draft of the 1st edition of 
Welch's book (http://www.beedub.com/book/tkbook.ps.gz). But, like me, 
you'd probably end up buying the real book. (I snatched a copy of the 
2nd edition at National two years ago at P929.50).

I think o'Reilly also sells a Tcl book but I haven't seen it.
