Most are free, too, as long as you'll stick to e-mail via the PLUG mailing
list. I wonder though how can we help "small fries" (like myself) get in
touch with potential clients requiring Linux consultancy part-time or
full-time, per-project or by-the-hour. Something like a ... referral
portal or something like that? Hmm ... does Linux Philippines have
openings for consultants? Then they can get a cut, something like an
agency fee?
