IIRC, the setup program auto-detects if you have a dual CPU server
_during_setup_.  Meaning if 2 cpus are installed, an SMP kernel is by default
installed.  That's the way my mandrake system behaves (6.1), so i've got no
reason to believe it's different for redhat.
