I'm using Blackbox (0.60) and it loads in about 2-3 seconds on my old Cyrix
180MHz with 48MB RAM. It's pretty barebones and requires that you manually
update the applications menu (wonder if someone could write a PHP script to do
it). But it works, is uncluttered, and will run GNOME and KDE apps on it
(duh... why though?).

The down side is that it's boring to look at.

God bless.
