basically, you can equate "internet cafes" more to the game world than to
the "internet world". The networking used in the cafes are more or less
used primarily for network games. Only a small portion of the people
going to cafes really access the internet although it is still vital to
have the internet access --kaya nga internet cafe......hehe. And yes,
hardware is very important to the gamers, be sure to have the best there
is.
