hello pluggers,
Im quite new to linux. I manage to setup a small Dialup Remote
Access linux box for our small office. I'm using cistron radius+portslave
and cyclades multiport on my linux Remote Access box. Everything
seems to be working correctly.
Win9x users are able to login with no hitch. the problem though
is when they are logged in no packet is coming into their PC. i
ran "winipcfg" on the Win9X box and found out that its assigned
IP address is the same as its gateway. is this a routing problem...?
is there a way for me to assign to the clients a default gateway
which is the ip add. of our router....
how do i re-configure my radius box to point each dialin user's
gateway to our office router and not to its own IP.
i've came across the "Framed-Route" option but this doesnt seem to work either.
do u have any hints.....any help from the radius experts out there would be greatly
appreciated.
thanks in advance.
