Because cheap broadband router sucks! No QoS, no bandwidth manager!

A small time internet cafe will not spend this amount money and they
will rather choose D-Link 4-port Broadband router with the maintenance
of their "bantay" and look for their customers who's accessing yahoo
launch, youtube, etc. etc. etc.
