The DepEd (which incidentally is one of the top Most Corrupt government agencies, next to DPWH, Customs, and the BIR) is not interested in saving money so that they can buy more PC's -- they want the most "expensive" solution so that the 500M pesos or whatever their budget is, will be completely depleted. But mark my words -- of that 500M, probably 200M maximum will actually go to the project.
the scsi drive i ordered six months ago as of now, order pa din, that's bureaucracy at its finest, waaaaaa kaya naka tenga pa din yun server imbis na pinakikinabangan. withheld ko na lang kung saan goverment agency ako ha, hehehe.
