i can if you can give me more details like tcpdump output both for sender and receiver and the port scan results of your adsl modem both for the wan side and the lan side interface :->

one good clue why there is no port forwarding facing on the lan side because for example your adsl modem has a web administration that listening on tcp port 80... there is something a firewall or other mechanisms that prevented to port forward to your intended destination if you are trying to port forward tcp port 80... your modem's manual will give you some pros and cons regarding to port forwarding....
