does anyone here know a mediated peer-to-peer application? beside
hamachi and openVPN and of-course file-sharing P2P application.

hamachi is a VPN tool, that can connect two remote pc within a private
network. and makes the two pc as if it belong in the same network,
letting you do almost anything, like file sharing & VNC.
Duh! I meant to say ssh. That's pretty basic but gets the job done.
