Before the "live" Internet reached our neck of the woods, I remember
painfully configuring smail(?) on a 386 running Linux to use UUCP and
talk with khg's vax1(?) server at dlsu.

my uucp bang path was : ...!dlsu!aliens!xenos
and my Internet address xenos AT aliens.dlsu.edu.ph hee
