What's wrong with RTFM? It's therapy! Perhaps my wording is wrong. It should have not been annoying, it's outright foolish.
By itself, there is nothing wrong with it. However, it is the the _way_ most folks here and elsewhere _deliver_ the RTFM message that is quite the matter of importance for users. As you said so yourself earlier, this in many cases doesn't show the good side of GNU/Linux and its users; and if there is some effort to be made in reaching out, then I believe we ought to concentrate on our manners first. :) I also don't believe that answering already-answered FAQs is outright foolish. Indeed, if you look at the archives closely, even though you will see the same answers over and over again, there will be some cases where a diamond in the rough is waiting ;)
What's your website doing for you? Its becoming another white elephant.
Parse error. I don't know what to make of this. If this is meant as a troll, please be careful, and try to be civil. And if you can't, just drop it. On the other hand, my website does sport a white background, and yes, I am an Elep (hant). So I suppose, I should take that as some mixed-up sort of compliment ;P -- Zak B.
