CHITS, as the others have suggested, was created for Health Centers, so it may not have some Hospital Information System (HIS) functions (eg. like Pharmacy). You can join the CHITS developers and help create the needed modules. Look at http://www.linuxmednews.com/ for descriptions of other FOSS projects in healthcare, including HIS. especially look at http://www.worldvista.org and http://www.care2x.com Also, Riverside Hospital in Bacolod has developed an HIS using FOSS.
